We want you to love your tokidoki purchases, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn and unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited edition items and blind boxes are considered final sale once opened.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tokidoki hangtags and branded labels are still attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
